Anyone out there good at making graphics? Unfortunately, I am not. But I could sure use anyone who is. If you wanna give it a try let me know. Right now I'm looking for a Pride of Minnesota banner to go up at the top.

What are the pic dimensions?

I'd say make it 400px by 115px (width, height). The width can vary a little if it'll look better. The hight needs to be 115.

It should also be a gif image with a transparent background.

Awesome. I'm not sure what program you use for images, but there should be an option for "Transparent" background. The main reason I'm lobbying for that over say a white background is that I can just overlay it on the banner.

yeah yeah, I'm a photoshop superstar. no problem. Otherwise I can just copy your banner as the back ground for the image.
